Engine Reconditioning Workshop

- Types of Engines: We handle all types of Diesel and Gasoline engines, including 2 to 16 cylinders.

- Heads: Crack pressure testing, complete reconditioning and surfacing, including computerized valve and valve seat machining, vacuum testing, and surface welding.

- Cylinder Blocks: Services include pressure testing, main bearing alignment, cylinder rebuilding, polishing, surface reconditioning, boring, and inserting new liners of various sizes. We also offer a mobile boring machine for liners.

- Crank & Cam Shafts: Grinding, polishing, balancing, crack and hardness testing up to 2.2 meters in length.

- Rods: Grinding, alignment, grooving, and weight control.

- Welding: Expert TIG and MIG welding for all metals with digital and electronically controlled machines.

- Additional Services: Flywheel grinding, high-performance flywheel balancing, disc brakes skimming, oil pump refurbishing, and more.

- Marine Vehicles Services: Shaft balancing, propeller balancing, transmission shaft polishing/balancing, and cold welding.

- High-Performance Engine Services: Cylinder head porting polishing (intake and exhaust ports), custom-made sleeves, crankshaft balancing, and weight control.
